Rights depend on each work, its sources and applicable law. This policy does not create rights that have not been established.
Human-authored contributions
Original human-authored lyrics, text, artwork and creative contributions may be protected where applicable law recognizes them. Credit and ownership should follow verified authorship and agreements. RK Pema’s name on a collection is not a claim to every underlying contribution.
AI-assisted music production
Some recordings use AI-assisted production, including Suno where disclosed. Rights and commercial permissions may depend on the platform terms, account arrangements at creation and applicable law. No exclusive copyright is asserted over entirely AI-generated material merely because it appears here.
Traditional and third-party works
Rajasthani folk traditions, public-domain material and third-party contributions retain their own legal status. A modern interpretation may contain separately protectable human contributions without giving exclusive ownership of the underlying tradition. Unconfirmed credits remain identified as pending.
Authorized listening and sharing
Listen through the website’s provided players or official platform links. You may share links to these pages and official listening destinations. Public listening does not itself grant permission to download, redistribute, remix, synchronize or commercially exploit a recording.
Third-party platform terms
Official Suno destinations are subject to Suno’s current terms and availability. This site does not scrape or download Suno audio, bypass restrictions or represent itself as the platform. Any permitted embed must follow the provider’s rules.
Redistribution and commercial use
Do not redistribute protected recordings, lyrics or artwork without the appropriate permission. No blanket commercial-use licence is granted. Restrictions apply only to rights that legally exist; lawful exceptions and public-domain freedoms are not overridden.
Licensing and collaboration
For permission, collaboration, classroom distribution, synchronization or commercial-use requests, identify the song, intended use, territory and duration. Permission must come from the relevant rights holders and may require more than one approval.
Copyright infringement reporting
If you believe content infringes your rights, provide the page URL, identification of the work, your relationship to the rights holder, supporting information and a way to contact you. Reports will be assessed against available evidence; no specific removal outcome is promised.
